The site, located just outside the economically strong centre of Ho Chi Minh City, serves multiple business units of the POLIFILM Group. From the distribution of protective films to the production of products for both POLIFILM TRADING and POLIFILM PERFORMANCE FILMS, POLIFILM Vietnam is evolving into a strong hub for the Southeast Asian market. Using European formulations, ideally adapted to meet regional market needs, a wide range of PE extrusion films are produced here and distributed to Asian markets and, depending on the product range, also to Europe, North and South America. The local team draws on many years of experience in production and various application areas.

With the move to a new, modern plant, the course was set in 2025 to expand the range of expertise and increase local production capacities. Laminating, label and siliconizing films are the first products to be produced, to be followed by other solutions from the Performance Films portfolio. POLIFILM Vietnam is thus ideally positioned to grow together with the emerging markets and ambitious customers.
Good to know
The production in Vietnam is supplemented by in-house finishing. POLIFILM Vietnam is the only location in the POLIFILM Group to have a sewing shop for finishing film solutions, such as dust protection doors, and nonwoven products. The latter compliment the garden and winter protection range.
